Leading Greek stand-up comedian Giorgos Hatzipavlou, in his fifth solo performance, draws inspiration once again from everyday life, peoples’ relationships and the paradoxes of this life, illuminating them in his own uniquely enjoyable way. Puzzles, folk dances, things written in posts because if you  voice them to others you risk growing old alone, the universe which helps you find your other half five hundred meters away from your home and what you learn about dads in the playground. What is the best point in any relationship, how you find out who you really are and what you do, and whether you end up being obnoxious. Those saying aloud numbers and names after sneezing, as well as all those things, big or small, that we avoid talking about, even though they are right in front of us, like the elephant in the room. (see p. 150).

Suitable for audiences aged 15+

The performance is part of the three-day cycle of events titled “Half-seriously, half-jokingly”, which is organised by The Friends of Music Society and explores the relationship between music and comedy.
