TWENTY YEARS OF MEGARON
Dimitris Sgouros performs two of the great works of the piano repertoire: the Fantasie in C major by Schumann and the Sonata in b minor by Liszt. Both indubitable masterpieces, the two works are also related by their reciprocal dedication: Liszt dedicated the b minor sonata to Robert Schumann in 1854, in acknowledgment of the dedication to himself by Schumann, a few years earlier, of the Fantasy in C major.
