George Lemos has lived a life dedicated to the sea. But he had another great love, music, which he worshipped and studied with equal consistency. Throughout his musical career, he has had a sound conviction that through artistic creation one should also serve humanity. Within this framework, he has given a series of benefit concerts. After his successful concerts for charitable institutions like ELPIDA, A.K.O.A., OI FILOI TOU PAIDIOU, and FLOGA, he accepted an invitation from the philanthropic society PNOE [‘Breath’] – Friends of Children’s Intensive Therapy to organize a musical evening at the Athens Concert Hall, where his En plo [‘At Sea’] Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of orchestrator Leonidas Tzitzos, and with singers Gianna Fafaliou, George Romosios, Konstantina Poutkari, and Akis Deiximos, will take us on a voyage of orchestral music and songs that take one’s breath away, but are also a breath of fresh air to those who need it.

All proceeds will be donated to PNOE – Friends of Children’s Intensive Therapy
