Singer, dancer, actor, musician, painter and model, the ‘enfant terrible’ of world music, the ‘world’s greatest showman’, the explosive Ute Lemper returns to Greece.
The award-winning performer (Laurence Olivier and Moliere awards, voted Personality of the Year by Billboard magazine), renowned for her unforgettable performances in Cats, as Lola in Blue Angel, in Chicago and Cabaret, will now make her much-anticipated comeback, presenting the unique repertory on which her international reputation is built.
The programme will feature songs by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht, Astor Piazzolla and Jacques Brel, as well as classics by the legendary Marlene Dietrich and Edith Piaf, to both of whom she has been compared – equally ardent and sensual, as thrilling and mesmerizing to watch.
